However, if your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or does not match the description provided, you may request a return or replacement under the following terms.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases: the product has visible damage caused during shipping, does not function properly upon receipt, or significantly differs from the specifications or features described on our website.

It is important to keep the original packaging, labels, and any included accessories, as they may be required during the review process. Photos or videos of the product and packaging will be requested as evidence of the issue.
Once the claim is validated, you may choose a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. In some cases, we may request the physical return of the item before issuing a refund or replacement, and instructions for this will be provided.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, errors in product selection, or damage caused by improper use after delivery.
